Let’s start with Bibimbap:

Ingredients for Bibimbap
Rice — 1 cup
Water for rice — approx. 1 ¼ cups
A handful of beansprouts
A handful of spinach (about ¼ of a bunch)
2 small-medium carrots
4-5 dry shiitake mushrooms

¼ pound of chuck eye steak (you can also use ribeye, or just ground beef)
1 egg
soy sauce
sesame oil
salt
garlic

Ingredients for Hot sauce
1 tbsp gochujang (Korean hot paste)
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sriracha hot sauce
1 tbsp mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)

Next… Bulgogi

Ingredients:
1 lbs sirloin beef
2 stalks of green onions
1/2 onion
2 tbsp of rice wine
2 tbsp of sesame oil
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of soy sauce

Continue with Samgyeopsal

Ingredients:
1-2 lbs thick cut {uncured} pork belly
Variety of veggies: garlic, peppers, mushrooms, etc
Lettuce (boston, butter, bib, romaine, etc)
Samjang Ingredients:
2 tb Korean red pepper paste
1 tb Korean soybean paste
1 ts Korean red pepper flakes
2 ts sesame oil
1 ts sugar
1 ts sesame seeds
1 minced garlic
1-2 sliced peppers

Number 4 is one of a delicious chicken menu named

“Yangnyeom-tongdak” 

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings)

Last Menu is Galbi

INGREDIENTS:
-4 lbs. of meat (1 pound per person, 1/2 pound for children)
-1 Cup of soy sauce
-1 Cup of Sugar
-2 table spoons of sesame seed oil
-1 table spoon of sesame seeds
-1 teaspoon of black pepper
-1 medium sized onion
-10 cloves of garlic
-1 asian pear (if you don’t have an Asian pear, you can use 1/2 cup of cooking wine, pineapple juice or Seven Up), this will tenderize the meat.
