Jeonju Hanok Village is located in the city of Jeonju. It is probably the most famous traditional village, and a popular destination with people of all ages! There are over 800 traditional hanok houses located in this village, and it is an AMAZING photo opportunity! There are many interesting activities to do, and there is a hanok that has been set aside so that tourists can experience what a traditional Korean life would be like.
Many people like to visit Jeonju Hanok Village dressed in traditional clothing, so don’t be surprised! There are many shops in the area that will rent you a traditional costume for a few hours, so why not give it ago?
Hwaseong Fortress is located in Suwon, in Gyeonggi-do. It is a huge fortress that has a large wall of 5.52k, and a lot of interesting military aspects that you can’t find anywhere else! The fortress has a lot of history and interesting stories behind it.
The Fortress is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site, and there are a variety of performances and events that take place every day for you to really enjoy the fortress!
If Jeonju is a beautiful hanok village, Hahoe is a more authentic and traditional folk village! The birthplace of many famous Korean scholars from the Joseon dynasty, even Queen Elizabeth has visited this location!
There are many beautiful sites at Hahoe visit that makes the trip worth the visit, as well as delicious local delicacies that are authentic and addictive! It is best recommended that you make a full day trip, because of the variety of interesting attractions held nearby.

Uleung Island is an entire island, but one of the most famous and popular points is the seaside road. It is located at the eastern end, and it is highly recommended that you visit in the summer or the fall!

Last but definitely not least, Suncheonman Bay! It is a beautiful site covered with high reeds, and is it is the biggest colony of reeds in Korea. There is a large collection of rare birds that fly in this bay, so it is a great destination for bird watchers!
In order to get to Suncheon, visitors can either fly to Yeosu Airport from Gimpo or Jeju, and then take an airport bus to Suncheon.
